Our Warranty
The Hardwood Artisans Lifetime Guarantee
We will repair or replace, at our shop in Woodbridge, VA,
any piece of our furniture with defects in material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns it,
with the following exceptions:
This warranty does not cover damage by accident, abuse or normal wear and tear.
Mattresses are covered by the mattress manufacturer under separate warranty.
Hardware, such as Murphy Bed mechanisms, drawer glides, pocket door hardware and other cabinet hardware is guaranteed for four years.
Lighting (exclusive of bulbs) is covered for two years.
Since all wooden chairs can loosen after some period of time, even under normal use, our chair warranty
is for eight years. After the warranty period expires, we will recondition chairs to "like new" for a modest fee.
We will repair or replace items not covered by the warranty at a fair and reasonable price.
Transportation for covered items is not included but can be provided at current rates.
